★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very pleased with Josh and St Lawrence pools. We outfitted our complete home gym with equipment we purchased from them. They don't just sell pools and hot tubs!
Everything was good quality, they gave good advice and direction, and everything went smoothly.
And we also have a hot tub, which we regularly update through St. Lawrence. We drop a water sample off, and we soon get an email telling us what to do, no fuss, no muss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: They made it right! Techs were friendly, helpful and came on scheduled day. Owner personally called and explained the situation with a solution mindset. Have changed my mind and will be a repeat customer for all our pool and hot tub purchases.
New to the area and new to owning a pool. Recommended to use St Lawrence Pools by family. Weeks ago booked our pool opening so we could enjoy it on the long weekend. Even took the day off of work, scheduled a pool heater repair service and denied an earlier vaccine appointment to accommodate the opening. Was told the day of (today) that there was only one tech in the area and they wouldn't be coming today because he 'didn't like to work on long weekends' and so would be coming on Tuesday. The customer service rep was of no help ("what do you want ME to do" was her comment) and now I have a wasted day off, no pool, no vaccine appointment and have to reschedule the other tech as well. Perhaps it's because we are new and haven't been using them for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say for a pool store, not much selection or options or inventory. Didnt have normal pool fittings or hose. Home depot had them. Salt is advertised one price online and another price at the cash.. terrible..

Very grateful that the family got to enjoy fresh, clear water again all weekend because of the feedback that I received (and chemicals they had in stock) re treatment, damage control, maintenance, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a great experience shopping at St Lawrence Pools Cornwall. It’s my go to spot for my hot tub chemicals and I went in there recently and inquired about some fitness equipment. The awesome staff was able to answer all my questions, had a lot of extra information that I hadn’t even thought about and I ended up walking out with power rack and an adjustable bench! I would highly recommend this place for anything pool, spa or fitness related!
