We purchased a sofa and within days, heard that it wouldn't be delivered in a timely manner (no mention of how long it would take to come in). With life at the moment, it's understandable. Things are behind. That's fine. I was told over the phone by Craig that there would be a price reduction to our sofa if we went with the floor model, which is what we decided to do. There was no confirmation of the delivery date, or the verbally mentioned price reduction. When my bf called to confirm, he was told that no, in fact there would be no price reduction but there could be something worked out if we bought something else from the store instead. We went into the store to see about the discrepancies and were offered $100 off of our sofa only after we mentioned having been quoted a price change. Please give the same information to both parties when making a sale and don't make them feel inconvenienced when they try to get proper information. Had to go out of our way to know what was going on. No sale.

The owner was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as we purchased a washer, dryer, gas range and fridge entirely over the phone. Delivery was very professional and the crew were able to think on their feet and take a door off its hinges to get everything inside safely and without damage. I would not hesitate to go to them again for any other furniture and appliance needs, they went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys!

I'm told that there is a new one boxed in the back or, if not, the floor model. I'm disappointed to find it would be the floor model but assured it's like new. When loading it into the car it spills water all over the seat. I ask for a towel or something and am ignored. My boyfriend had to ask for cardboard to protect the finish. After getting it home we realized it's missing pieces.
