mechanic Was prejudice did not like to serve me because I am not a local?? I think they does not like to work as a car mechanic because he was very rude and disrespectful. I recommends don’t go there if you are not local and I am not sure about local means?

Charges me over 50$ for diagnosing that I had a battery draw at one apointment....then another 100+ to tell me the draw was coming from my.manual suspension fuse THEY left in when changing from calibrated to pump suspension..also had to tell THEM to check the cca on my battery as it wasnt starting at ALL in -10 or below weather and they had worked on the battery TWO different times so I ASSUMED they would have known that =/ as well as the fuse...what finally did it for.me was them telling me I have a bearing going but it's no emergency then it seized up on me(never had a bearing seize in my life) and could have destroyed my tire and rotor...seems like they dont tell u what's really wrong...or just keep dragging u in for extra bits of cash...its like I had to tell these guys THE problems... at first I felt the service was fine...but I could have died when my bearing seized as the tire could have went rolling down the highway. Very displeased. found a mechanic that actually TELLS me what is going now...and what needs to be replaced immediately or can be held off... I sunk 3 grand into a 07 lucerne here...NEW ALTERNATOR...NEW BATTERY...NEW SUSPENSION..NEW SPARKPLUGS/Wiring/tons of looking at the battery...and I guessed everything ..idk I think they may be busy or.something and treat others different here. But that's.no reason to do the bare.minimum...

they put new manual suspension on my car to save me.money...got all the lights off my dash...fixed my Loud muffler... and also put in a new alternator... they were on time...and everything is running great since then!! thank u Direct! EDIT I had to change to 3 stars because it seems like I should have been told my battery was done way earlier then It originally got diagnosed as not having enough CCAS ... they had charged me 60$ just to tell me something I already knew(SOMETHING was leaking or drawing charge).. and when they redid my suspension they changed it to manual(to save me.money) and LEFT the fuse in for Automatic calibrated suspension(wich turned out to be one of two draws) and also charged me another 120$ just to tell me there is a draw from the radio(I guessed myself) and a draw from the suspension fuse....(whole point being it should have never been left in)..Also I just got told from them a month ago my bearing was JUST starting to go and should be good for 1000+km drive easily...less then 300 km later my bearing SEIZED completely(lucikly near a shop in longsault) AND IM LUCKY I DIDNT NEED TO TOW IT THERE AS IT WAS DONE... seems like they are honest to a point...they are good at accepting an apointment..but some other things seems as if I was just getting took for extra bits of money...Also after they put in a new battery for me BOTH my electric keys stopped working for EVERYTHING...and they did NOTHING about it....I'd say if u can it is a reasonable.place but GET two shops opinions AT MINIMUM. I spent over 2.75k here in an 07 buick and it just seems like I wasnt getting told what I needed to be getting told...I really wanted to be loyal to this place and only go there...but every time I left 2 weeks later something else would go wrong.....and the key thing REALLY let me down...also being told the bearings are good and JUST going...then one seizes in 300 km of highway driving...it was a let down =(...thank yas anyway

I had engine coolant leak. After repair was done, I notice coolant levels dropping again. They fix the problem with no additional cost to me. I give them 5+ rating.

A very good place to go to have your vehicle serviced and very reasonably priced. Always pleasant to deal with Rick the guy behind the desk and all the mechanics. Highly recommended to anyone.
