Knowledgable team; modern service bays; very qualified service staff and informed (and diplomatic) sales people. I purchased a Can Am Defender last summer (great quality re: fit and finish)... just ordered a Ski Doo for early fall delivery... No negotiation B. S. and very fair sales prices. The owner is a real class act, too; he adds that personal touch that I always appreciate. This new franchise is a credit to the City's business community and to the cliental that it serves. MM

A	Andre Brunet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to OEP, recently brought my pre-owned ATV (Can Am) to the dealership to clear the maintenance required code as I do my own basic maintenance and change the name in the display and switched from Imperial to metric. It is worth noting that it is not the dealers fault that I need to take my Can Am in to clear basic codes and units of measure...Two other BRP dealers in my circle (Embrun and Bancroft) offered this service at a flat rate of $20 to $25 dollars as it only took "several minutes" to complete and also required for me to leave the machine with them and provide proof of ownership. OEP were equally accommodating to complete this task. I made arrangements with their friendly staff to leave the machine at the end of the day. Following day I received at text stating that my ATV was ready for pick up and the total was $66.58. I called to ask why the amount was (in my opinion) so high and was informed that it is the rate they charge and told, "That was the time it took their tech to complete the work". I spoke to the Mgr., he listened to me and said he would talk to the service dept. and get back to me. Moments later I got a call from service and they reduce the charge to $45.00 and that was as low as they could go. I appreciated the gesture but still had a hard time to swallow the cost for this type of task. I have had many toys and have no issue paying the going rate for what I need be it parts or service however, in the future, I will ask for an estimate ahead of the work to avoid any unpleasant surprises. S	Scott McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought 2020 outlander 850 in at 1051km for blown belt. They serviced and replaced with maverick belt. Blown again at 1820km. They estimate $4545.62 for required repairs. Unit still under warranty but EOPS deemed it wear and tear and not warranty. This atv has 1882km on it and this dealer quoted over $4500.00 (which they wanted up front) BRP told me to bring it to another dealer and that this EOPS didnt send photos or enough information. Riders beware! Dont get your atv serviced here if you want honesty and someone looking after your best interests. They only want your money.

I bought two new seadoo keys and they uncoded my old keys they wanted to recharge Me to fix their mistake.John the service manager was very rude about it. I’m offering $50.00 dollars cash to everyone who will not shop at Ontario east powersport Cornwall for the next 30 days . And can prove they bought somewhere else
