Je pouvais pas aller le chercher car performance nc avait pas la remorque. J'ai trouvé une remorque usagé et quand j'arrive pour aller chercher mon spark, il est plus là. Ils ont laissé l'ancien propriétaire repartir avec puisqu'il avait pas reçu son neuf. Désolé mais je leur est acheté un usagé pour en faire cette été. Tout ce qu'il me propose c'est de me rembourser mon dépôt d'attendre qu'il revienne. Toute qu'une manière de fonctionné pour une entreprise. Very very disappointed. Pay attention. I bought a used spark in December which was on the shelves. I couldn't go get it because performance didn't have the trailer. I found a used trailer and when I arrive to pick up my spark, it is no longer there. They let the previous owner go with it since he had not received his new one. Sorry but I bought them a used one to make this summer. All he offers me is to refund my deposit to wait for it to come back. All that a way of working for a company.

T	Troy Blanchette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to rent a snowmobile, I was looking for two different dates of 4 days each. When I asked how much the rental was per day I was told $180. Once I picked the snow machine up the price had jumped to $327. per day, the explanation I was given for this jump in price was that the original per day price was if you rented it for a week. Again I was only looking for 4 days which they were made aware of as the dates reserved we're only for 4 days, yet was told $180. per day. Both reservations were made with a security deposit of $393. After the dealings with the first reservation I decided it would probably be in my best interest to cancel the second one, upon doing so I was informed that my deposit of $393 would not be reimbursed, even though I had given them ample time to re-rent this snowmobile, 9 days to be precise. This place has 0 customer service in my opinion. I hope whoever reads this takes this into consideration if they're looking to purchasing anything from this establishment. People deserved to be treated fairly and I feel this is the farthest thing away from fair treatment. as the saying goes do to others what you would want done to you. Please, Take this into consideration prior to shopping their, if you could buy your products somewhere else I highly recommend it. If a business is capable of treating people this way I don't believe they deserve hard-working individuals money.
