Very bad service, frequent change of staff and not competent, it is not the right time to have bought our pool there, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zéro service, arrangez vous vous même… j’ai demander une toile solaire et un rouleau dans ma soumission ils ont omis de la mettre et aucune possibilité de dédommagement.. plus jamais je ne vais acheter ou recommander ce magasin
Zero service, arrange it yourself ... I asked for a solar blanket and a roller in my quote they forgot to put it on and no possibility of compensation .. never again will I buy or recommend this store

Aucun retour d'appel en plus..Vraiment décevant!
Call elsewhere! The repairman never showed up for the appointment and never contacted me. A lot of time wasted for nothing!
No more return calls .. Really disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leur service clientèle est bien par contre pour le déneigement je suis rarement déneigeé avant 8h, plutôt vers 10h-12h. Tandis que tous mes voisins avec deux compagnies différentes sont déneigé tous les matins vers 7h.
Même lorsque j'appelle pour leur demandé de passer car j'ai un rdv urgent il ne passe seulement 3h après mon appel (13h30) quand toutes les autres compagnies sont fait depuis 9ham ce matin précis.
Si c'était seulement 2 ou 3 fois je peux comprendre mais c'est a chaque fois qu'il y a de la neige que je dois pelleter ma cours pour sortir les voiture.
Their customer service is good, however for snow removal I rarely get snow removed before 8am, rather around 10am-12pm. While all my neighbors with two different companies are plowed every morning around 7am.
Even when I call to ask them to come by because I have an urgent appointment, it only happens 3 hours after my call (1:30 p.m.) when all the other companies have been done since 9 a.m. this morning.
If it was only 2 or 3 times I can understand but it's every time there is snow that I have to shovel my yard to get the cars out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moi se que j aime chez piscine classic c quand le personnel non pas la réponse ils s arrange pour avoir les vrai informations (les vrai reponse) en passant par qq un de plus expérimenté.. ils se parlent entrés eux .. et ça , j adore ça .. Une très bonne gestion interne .... ils ont une équipe d installateur très proffesionel et minutieux .. Travail bien fait ...
Me what I like at classic pool c when the staff not the answer they manage to get the real information (the real answer) through someone more experienced .. they talk to each other entered .. and that, I love it.. Very good internal management....they have a very proffesional and thorough team of installers.. Job well done...
