 They never have anything of their circular in stock or in adequate quantity. And the fool you call to know if he has something in stock and he tells you that there is no time to look ... Bad service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je désirais acheter une arme d'un particulier et l'arme en question se trouvait à ce commerce. Ce particulier était un client bien connu des employés. À la demande du particulier et après avoir convenu d'un prix avec celui-ci, je contacte rapidement le commerce pour poser mes questions et organiser un rdv pour examiner l'arme. J'apprend que l'arme a été achetée par le commerce et on propose de me la vendre mais plus cher que le prix convenu avec le particulier! Malgré mes nombreux courriels pour expliquer/dénoncer cette situation rien n'a été fait pour régler celle-ci. Le commerce, dont les employés sont tout de même courtois, m'a donc coupé l'herbe sous le pied pour cet achat! Je demeure ouvert si jamais un employé désire rectifier la situation.
I wanted to buy a gun from a private person and the gun in question was at that store. This particular was a well-known client of the employees. At the request of the individual and after having agreed a price with him, I quickly contacted the business to ask my questions and organize an appointment to examine the weapon. I learn that the weapon was bought by the trade and one proposes to sell it to me but more expensive than the price agreed with the private individual! Despite my numerous emails explaining / denouncing this situation, nothing has been done to resolve it. The business, whose employees are nonetheless courteous, cut the rug out from under me for this purchase! I remain open if ever an employee wishes to rectify the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu cette fois-ci contrairement à l'an passé. Nous avions acheté des jumelles et avons été vraiment servi par une personne extrêmement compétente. Aujourd'hui nous nous sommes présenté au magasin vers 16h30 dans le but d'acheter un télescope d'observation (oiseaux, faune). Le vendeur nous a remis l'appareil que l'on voulait acheter en nous disant de regarder un endroit précis à l'extérieur du magasin pour l'essayer. Comme il n'y avait pas de trépied nous avons été incapable de voir quoi ce soit. Et bien le vendeur nous a répondu...c'est normal vous n’êtes pas sur un trépied!!! Il en a ajouter en disant qu'est-ce que vous voulez faire avec? Et nous de lui répondre de l'observation d'oiseau et de faune...Le vendeur nous a répondu ouin! mais c'est pas faite pour ça c'est pour le tir à la cible...je lui ai remis le télescope et lui ai dit je vais aller l'acheter ailleurs!
Very disappointed this time, unlike last year. We had bought binoculars and were really served by an extremely knowledgeable person. Today we showed up at the store around 4:30 p.m. in order to buy an observation telescope (birds, fauna). The salesperson handed us the device we wanted to buy and told us to look at a specific place outside the store to try it out. Since there was no tripod we were unable to see anything. Well the seller answered us ... it's normal you are not on a tripod !!! He added some by saying what do you want to do with it? And we answer him for the observation of birds and fauna ... The seller answered us yeah! but it's not made for that it's for target shooting ... I gave him the telescope and told him I'm going to buy it elsewhere!
