★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service horrible j'ai laisser mon ordi 3 semaine et demi la bas pour installer une carte graphique et installer windows Driver etc et même après trois semaine il y avait seulement la carte graphique de installer je déconseille fortement cette endroit.
 Horrible service I left my computer 3 and a half weeks down there to install a graphics card and install Windows Driver etc and even after three weeks there was only the graphics card to install I strongly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service...malgré la bonne volonté des employés. Je suis allée porter un ordinateur pour qu'ils verifient le problème il y a de ça un an. On me dit que j'aurais un retour d'appel pour me faire le topo dans les 2 prochains jours. Une semaine plus tard sans nouvelle, je passe en magasin, on me dit qu'ils n'ont pas eu le temps de verifier et qu'on le ferait dans la journée. Finalement, 1 autre semaine plus tard sans nouvelle, j'appelle et on me dit que le numéro qu'ils avaient à mon dossier n'était pas bon et qu'ils n'avaient pas réussi à me joindre..alors qu'après verification avec eux, c'était le bon. On a voulu leur donnee une 2e chance pour un autre ordinateur il y a quelques mois et ça a été encore pire..ça a pris 3 mois avant que le fossier soit clo (bien que le problème de l'ordinateur ne soit pas plus réglé)...
Bad service ... despite the good will of the employees. I went to carry a computer for them to check the problem a year ago. I am told that I will have a return call to make the topo in the next 2 days. A week later without news, I go to the store, I am told that they have not had time to check and that we would do it during the day. Finally, 1 other week later without news, I call and I am told that the number they had in my file was not good and that they had not managed to reach me..when after check with them, it was good. We wanted to give them a second chance for another computer a few months ago and it was even worse..it took 3 months before the grave was closed (although the problem of the computer is not solved anymore ) ...

Il on gardé mon ordi plusieurs semaines, ne retourne pas les appels, j ai même appelé au siège social pour expliquer ma situation, il mon dit que le directeur régional me rappellerait sans faute et je n ai jamais eu de nouvelles.
Je voulais faire réparer mon ordinateur, il disait que c était un problème mineurs et qu'il attend la pièce. Alors en attendant j'ai fait installer un nouveau Windows et changer le disque dur, quand la pièce est arrivée ça n'a pas réglé le problème alors ils en ont commandé une autre qui n'a pas réglé le problème non plus. ils ont finalement dit qu'il était impossible pour eux de réparer mon ordinateur. Ils n'ont pas voulu reprendre le disque dur ou me rembourser pour le Windows,m je me retrouve avec un ordinateur que je ne peux utiliser et qui ne peuvent réparer et j'ai dû payer pour le Windows et le disque dur très déçu à éviter.

ils disent qu'ils ont tenté de me joindre plusieurs dizaines de fois mais je vous confirme que je n'ai jamais reçu aucun appel de ni aucun message sur ma boîte vocale c'est toujours moi qui les a contaté .
Deplus dans sa réponse il me parle d'une carte mère à 200 dollars je n'ai aucune idée de quoi ils veulent parler.
Worst customer service experience.
He kept my computer for several weeks, did not return calls, I even called the head office to explain my situation, he said that the regional manager would call me without fail and I never heard from him.
I wanted to have my computer repaired, he said it was a minor problem and he was waiting for the part. So in the meantime I had a new Windows installed and the hard drive changed, when the part arrived it didn't solve the problem so they ordered another one which didn't solve the problem either. they finally said it was impossible for them to repair my computer. They did not want to take back the hard drive or reimburse me for the Windows, m I end up with a computer that I can not use and that can not repair and I had to pay for the Windows and the hard drive very disappointed at to avoid.

they say they tried to reach me several dozen times but I confirm that I never received any call or message on my voicemail, it was always me who contacted them.
Besides in his answer he talks to me about a motherboard at 200 dollars I have no idea what they want to talk about.
