Posting my review because the official Sport Check site has been removed it. I ordered Mikasa Volleyball V200W online ($99+Tax). When shipment came - the ball was replaced with cheap replica ($30 at most). It's not they just threw wrong box. The sticker on the box was from my ordered model $99 but someone just replaced the ball itself. Sent it back which costed me another $3 for repackaging + have to track refund now. Lots of pain - nothing gained except "never again" experience. Be aware - don't fall for fraud when shopping online at Sport Check.

Staff at this location were super helpful. Never felt rushed or pressured into buying something. I will definitely shop here again.

Didn't have a very good experience here. I went for my kid's bike, although I did find what I wanted and there were huge selection of choices but staff behavior is not very friendly, no smile if you ask something and weird thing is that person who is selling the bike doesn't know about warranty, neither he cared to look into the details, instead he handed over me the flyer which was quite vague what is covered and what's not. Even the other sales guy didn't reply my query when asked about the pricing and stuff.

I called in advance to make sure I got what I came for, however the rep on the phone prior wouldn't physically go and check. The product I asked about they had difficulty finding... they were going to turn me away, but I insisted they check again... they found it, and the product number matched what I had asked for, but I discovered that the picture of the product on their website was for a larger size, which made my purchase not nearly as useful... I brought this to the attention of the person who was ringing through my purchases, and they said there was nothing they could do... so I ended up paying more money for a smaller product, because I'd already driven there for this item (it wasn't in stock at the location 2 minutes from my home) and as I suspected it didn't work for the purpose I'd purchased it for...

DO NOT USE DOORDASH DELIVERY OPTION! Purchased a pair of running shoes for my fiancee and selected door dash delivery. I needed these urgently as her current shoes are causing blisters/bleeding and she works out daily. I got a notification at 7:30am (a little early, but ok) that the shoes were being delivered so I waited by the door. No knock on the door, then I get a notification saying they were delivered...but they weren't... I called the store and the person who answered said they remembered handing the shoes to the driver, but would look into it and call me back. they called back and said there's nothing they can do, I have to call operations... So I call operations and get put on hold for 10 mins just for them to tell me that they don't know where the shoes are and I should contact door dash. After telling them I don't have the option to contact door dash, they inform me they'll open an investigation that will take 2-4 business days.... Remember I ordered these via door dash because my Fiancee urgently needed a new pair of shoes...now I'm waiting 2-4 days with no guarantee of resolution. I would strongly advise against using door dash - perhaps they can be trusted with your food but not with your expensive merchandise. Also, Sport Check takes no responsibility for a delivery option they provide and that is unacceptable. I should not be told to follow up with your courier when there is an issue - that's for you to do. Incredibly frustrated with this experience...

I called this location today exactly at 10:17. My question was, " I did a refund at Square One Location on Friday, so I was wondering how long it will take to put the money back on my Credit Card." The employee said um and then she said that what someone told me is 10 days but then she paused and she sounded like she was unsure. So I said oh okay thank you for letting me know and replied ok bye in a rude away. I also had a similar situation couple weeks ago where whoever answered the phone was rude and said bye right away. I work in retail and any time a customer calls, I would be patient with them and I will always say, " Hope you have an amazing day" then I will say bye but I will say it in a happy and nice way. I believe the person who picked up the phone was at the main cashier. Once again I called at 10:17. You need to get better employees and train them how to behave and talk on the phone. It is so rude just saying okay and bye. It sounds like you hate your job so please get better employees. I love coming to Sports Check to shop but due to these 2 experience, I feel like its a waste of time contacting Sports Check SQ1 location.

Staff of shoes sanction are really nice and helpful. They have amazing collection of Nike. But no high discount on black Friday.
