★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store as a returning customer as I had bought a pair of shoes last week and needed a size change. The manager Richard was his name I believe was very ignorant and uninformed about my situation and was busy with other matters on the laptop nearby. I left the store without my exchange and disappointed. Will return when the lovely lady is around.

These shoes are not my typical style (black heels) but the comfort was undeniable - I had to buy them! I love that my shoes stand out at work and I feel special wearing them:) Thx again Ms Indrani..I will certainly come back to your store (as I always have) for my next purchase ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love dealing with Devanshi at the Ecco Square One. I brought in part of my online order to be returned. She was helpful in purchasing another size in store and looked after returning the shoes that did not work out. Devanshi is always so pleasant and helpful. She even called me to tell me I had left an empty shopping bag and she would put aside for me to pick up later. She goes above and beyond and I really appreciate the good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased this morning a pair of Yucatan Atmosphere, ohhh my God they are absolutely comfortable and very stable and certainly made of superior quality that can be noticed right when you put them on!!!!! Also I would like to thank Devanshi for the customer service that she provided me. She also suggested to buy a pair of shoeinsoles because I complained that I have flat feet and let me tell you, they are absolutely comfortable and certainly provide a lot of support on my feet. Thank you ,thank you for your helpful knowledge and suggestion ,will tell my friends about my sandals and shoeinsoles but most of all about your excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store yesterday and was happy to meet Alex. Looks like she is a manager there (not sure). I found what I wanted and my wife was happy with my purchase as well. Alex suggested me so many styles so I wanted to buy all of them ! Amazing customer service. I will come back with my wife to meet Alex again. I trust her taste.

I just bought a pair of Soft 7s from Kendra ( who I am told is a manager at Yorkdale ) and she was fantastic. Her attention to detail was on point. I paid for my purchase with Oxford Mall Gift Cards and she even noticed the expiry date on the card and picked / used the ones that were going to expire first. Please treat staff like Kendra well, she is worth her weight in gold!!
