S	Scott Extance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bowling alley, we've been several times now and have never had issues. I wish the VIP lanes were a bit more VIP as you're still sharing with another group, but it is nice having more privacy regardless.
L	Luis Monterrubio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanes are not well leveled or waxed/oiled, prices are fine, though the tables are not very clean, balls super worn and shoes don’t fit very well. Still you can have a great time there with friends. Go if you’re not looking to serious Bowling.

Bit pricey once you throw in the cost of shoe rental and some food in there so I don't think this will be a regular spot unless you have 4 people visiting. A 1 hour slot for 4 people would give you 1 and half rounds of play. They also have an arcade but I find some games, especially the claw, rigged. The claw strength is super weak and no matter how well you place it, it's not strong enough to pick up the prize.
P	Peter Gaspar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were awesome. Some other patrons, not sure much. With COVID restrictions still in effect masks were to be worn at all times (except when at a table). The group of people in the lane beside us? Couldn't care less. My 5yo son is more responsible than them.
D	David Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a vip lane for the advertised 'privacy', and they stuck the 2 of us in a shared booth having a party with 6 rowdy kids, while the next booth over was empty, seriously? We complained and were able to move over, so not too big of a deal, but come on, a bit of consideration to your reservations goes a long way. The real issue, and let me know if I misunderstood how the service works here, is that in the 90 minutes we were there, not once did a server come to check on us for food/drinks. I'll update my review if this is my bad and you're supposed to seek them out, but otherwise this was just absolutely terrible, non existent service. The actual bowling is fine, quality lanes with attentive staff for mechanical issues, but I'd have liked to have ordered some drinks and snacks.
V	Valerie Krstulic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here since it opened years ago, and it is usually well run. Even had a birthday party and it was great. Came on a busy Saturday in the late afternoon. We showed up a bit early, but had to wait 10-15 min because our lanes were not ready - not upset about that. But when we started playing our time was cut short as they started timing us on our lane at 4pm when we didn't get our lanes until 4:15, so we were cut short. having only 30 minutes to play one game with 3-5 people (some being kids) is hard to finish during that time. Wish they didn't have timers for each game like in the past, as we are being charged by the hour, not per game. Also - when playing in the arcade, the credit/ticket system on the cards is a little dubious as I was keeping track of how many tickets we'd won to get a certain prize behind the counter. We earned a certain amount of tickets then bought more credits to win more tickets, but when we when to redeem them the number of tickets decreased (obviously an error in the tracking system). The manager and girl at the counter were great and did help by fixing the situation which was very nice. All employees were kind and attended to us when needed. We did find the prices were pretty high as it cost more than it usually did and everything wasn't so great. Overall, our experience was not as it usually is so we were a little disappointed.

Bowling Alley was nice, Arcade was fun and the Laser tag was a success. Like how you can save tokens on card, until have enough for what you want. Will definitely be going back
