We have been members, as a family, for almost two years. Lots for the children to do and the continued improvements are obvious. Love the hot yoga classes and spinning is a great workout. The instructors are fabulous, lots of energy and skill, they know what they are doing. My boys love the equipment, swimming or just shooting hoops in the gym, they feel totally at home. There is no sense of intimidation in the equipment area. Everyone is friendly and there to exercise. The squash courts are easily booked. There are some courts with lighting issues, which I'm sure will be fixed soon. There was a change in ownership with the restaurant. We preferred the old menu and pricing, but appreciate some of the staffing changes. We put our membership on hold with no issues and look forward to returning for the winter. Hopefully, the popcorn in the restaurant will be back for the kiddies! A great place for active families or those looking for a new way to become active together.

Large facility with many courts and nice viewing areas for youth tennis tournaments. Nothing fancy but all the basics are here including a restaurant, sports courts and a very large diverse swimming area with an adult pool, kids pool and water slide area.

If you love Tennis, becoming a member here is a must. The best facility. 12 indoor courts plus everything else! A great community of people.

I have been to this club at least 3 times and every time the front desk is awful. Generally miserable staff instead of being helpful.

We visited to use the pool facilities today. The indoor small pool was closed due to chemical concerns and it was visibly very filthy. The outdoor pool was grey where you could not see your feet. We found that concerning and spoke with the lifeguards. They said they had an issue with the chemical levels indoors but outdoor "they could check if we would like". Sorry it's not up to me to dictate whether a pool that is visibly grey with scum floating around the edges from sunblock and bugs everywhere is worthy of investigating. It was lovely that the pool was open, but not in the condition that the water was visibly in. The change room area was a maze and I walked by the courts and spa unable to find my way out. Better signage is needed.

I was shocked! This club will go out of the way to sell you the higher priced membership that you do not even intend to use. I made it very clear that I want 'Tennis only membership'. I was told it is not available at the moment and would only be available in May 2022. FINE! I asked if I join 'Tennis and Fitness' now, would I be able to change to 'tennis only' in coming May. The response shocked me. It said "This would not be available as we have others for looking Tennis only, but signed up for Tennis and Fitness." I was speechless - I feel bad for these clients. What a FRAUD!! To this day, I cannot explain how can a club run out of tennis only membership. - Gurjot.

Impossible to get any information about memberships. Keep getting directed to Kayla whom has not returned my call all week. Cannot tour their facility as everything must go through Kayla. I tried to leave a comment on their Facebook and they deleted it. Will take my business elsewhere, very bad customer service.

So it's a simple story. Our 9yr old son was enrolled here from few weeks. We felt he was doing good and benefiting at first. We decided to enroll our 4yr old here in private lessons. Of course you can imagine the top notch customer service when you are ready to enrol and they are ready to charge your CC.... The teacher handling the 4yr old was not at all what we expected (does not have any experience in teaching that young age it appears). So we complained and requested to pull him out and get refunded for the unused classes. My initial impression was that they will apologize and refund the class we were not satisfied with (which should be our right by the way - they cant charge people when theyΒ don'tΒ provide qualifiedΒ teachers for 4yr olds ) but instead they said no refund for all 6 weeks! I guess they chose the long way of having it disputed with American Express and having the charge back and having a bad review and an unhappy customer spreading the word
