★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Adlib PDF for one year and recently upgraded to Adlib 5.0 with the assistance of technical support. I found the Adlib team very friendly, professional and responsive to my requests. In my workplace environment we need to convert a wide variety of document types to TIFF format and Adlib has handled this quite well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been acquainted with Adlib Software now for approximately 7 years. During this time we have gone from version 1.x to 5.x and have totally loved the product. We process millions of messages and documents via Adlib Software's PDF/a processing software yearly and have found it to perform exceptionally well for us. Yes we have had issues but Adlib's technical team has been super in stepping up analyzing the issue and coming up with a solution in a timely manner. I would rate their technical team as top notch. Many of my suggestions have been taken to heart and implemented in their products. It is great working with a company large enough to respond quickly yet small enough to provide the personal touch and make you feel like a valued customer and a team member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars if i could.... Headless Vapourware "development" company... Look elsewhere for work, and for anything product related.
Constant turnover in almost every department. The CEO downsized himself to a glorified product manager. All of IT fired. Most development handed out to offshore under qualified workers. New CEO rules with an iron fist and doesn't even say "hello" in the hallways. Closed Australian office, and it looks like Europe is next. Office renos look okay, but nobody comes to the soul destroying office anymore. HR writes fake glassdoor reviews to help bolster their terrible reputation.
This is literally the zellers of "software" companies. Zero Stars!
