K	Kien Hoang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bowling facility to enjoy and have great food. We had a great time here. Friendly staff and Great food. We came when they had the glow in the dark bowling. This will probably be my new hangout on weekends. Hope to come back soon.

As far as accessibility goes, they were very accommodating for a wheelchair and provided a ramp up the step to the lane for us. On arrival though it seemed very busy and chaotic getting checked in and shoe rentals took a while. My biggest complaint is the resturant Brooklyns bar and grill. After my first bowl I went over to get an order of drinks. I waited ages to get served. There was one poor girl serving drinks who seemed extremley over whelmed. There was even ingrediants missing for a cocktail I ordered. I went back to the bowling lane atleast 15mins lata with them all waiting for me to have my turn. Took way too long. We then wanted to order food for when we finished playing and again I was waiting for way too long to get served. This time was an older less friendly women who again seem overwhelmed and stressed and not very welcoming at all. She took my order but said it was going to be a very long wait as they were extremely backed up at the kitchen. At this point I missed close to half hour of my 1 hour bowling game and was feeling quite dissapointed so decided to cancel the food order and eat else where. Such a shame because this could of been a fun family outing. No wonder people pay slightly more to bowl at Splitsville. I don't think I will return here again ?

I would like to express how Charlene went above and beyond with her consistent positive customer service to everyone. The kids had a blast from all the smiles as well as the parents! Highly recommend!
T	Talah Kh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place for playing for a while, we went without reservation, we were 3 Adults and we had to pay $15 for shoes when we entered and you pay for what you play at the end, he said one hour is around $45 I guess but we only stayed for 45 min so we ended up paying $35. So the whole experience was good.
W	Windsurfing Fan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Burlington Bowl last Sunday for the first time since the early 80’s and the place hasn’t changed much at all except for the prices. In the 80’s I paid 50 cents/game plus shoes, so I was more than shocked at what I paid for 1 hour and 20 minutes of bowling. My wife and I, and our 6- year old played 2 games at a cost of over $82 not including our drinks and snacks! The fees are certainly not going towards the decor ,which hasn’t changed in 40 years. We enjoyed ourselves but left with a feeling of being ripped off unfortunately.

They are charging on min. basis after an hour and there was a huge line on counter on weekend, they are considering a time when you reach a person for paying on window and not actually when you stopped playing. (So, practically on busy weekends they are getting money on overlapping time on the lanes, that is rip-off) In addition, staff needs to send back people who are trying to act smart and cut the line for paying instead entertaining them.

Staff were all lovely and overly accommodating with numerous phone calls from me changing days/times/numbers, providing glow in the dark, bumpers etc. Food and service was great too. A little run down but is less expensive than competitors. Great time - will return!
