O	Oven Chronicles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with One Fertility since 2018 and I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! In the middle of a pandemic they made many changes to the building and protocols that made me feel very safe during my visit. I'm thankful to all the staff from the receptionist to the ultrasound technician, nurses, pharmacist and doctors. They were so helpful and empathetic to what we were going through, always happy to answer any questions I had. This clinic was highly recommended by a family friend that was also going to through fertility issues and after going through it myself I am so grateful to have such wonderful staff and healthcare professionals!
A	Amanda Matlovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not enjoy going here. The one nurse I saw for majority of my scans (2 out of 3 total) was great. But the phone tag and not being able to bring my under 2 y/o child in an emergency case for a quick blood draw was very stressing. Having to get blood draws to confirm ovulation timing and being sent to an outside lab, which takes a day at least doesn’t make for good time management on a time sensitive plan. I am successfully pregnant, but I came to this company for a second child, and told them what worked the first time, so we wanted to do it again. If I could have done this with my family doctor I gladly would have. The stress of just getting my blood drawn for monitoring was more trouble then it should have been. I didn’t see the other poor reviews until we were well into this round. I do think I got off lucky it not being my first go round and thinking I was going to be well taken care of. I can’t imagine having to deal with this company with IVF or invitro level of time and money. Good luck to anyone currently there.
K	Kelly Mcneil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally didn't enjoy my journey with this clinic. Between lack of communication and some of the least sensitive people I have been around. The nurses are very negative and feels as though no one is with you during the journey. My doctor wasn't apart of it at all. I talked to her once at the beginning and then she never talked to me after that. Another doctor did my procedure. People call you with one sentence update and can't wait to hang up with you. Talk to you at apts like your an inconvenience. I will not be returning for a second ivf with this office. My best advice would be for the staff to learn some compassion and customer service. Nothing like spending thousands of dollars at this place and being told to go home YouTube how to take your medicine.
N	Nada B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this clinic with high hopes because of the good reviews. What a disaster it quickly became. It took 5 months to get a consult then another 3 months to get the results and an action plan going. I only saw the doctor twice during this time. Everything was done through the nurses. They would rush you in and out like cattle. I understand there is alot of people but they don't explain what is going on and when you ask questions they seem annoyed. I am so traumatized by this clinic. I called to get some old results and they have made it extremely difficult. I just want to know a few numbers and I have to send a release form and make an appointment with my family doctor. Originally they said I had to make an appointment with the fertility clinic which I refuse to do. I don't understand what the big deal is, just give me my results. Previously they would give them over the phone and now they can't?? I'm now going to a new clinic and in my first appointment there they found something that ONE never found after months and months of going there. Oh and also, during Covid they wouldn't monitor you to let you know when to have TI or an IUI, they just said do OPK tests and when positive, book an appointment. Well if I knew when/if I ovulated, I wouldn't need your help. What a big waste of 3 yrs.
s	sewer chef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star to all staff and doctors' attitude there, however, 3 star to doctors' ivf plans. For all clients, PLEASE do read this book "It Starts with the Egg"!!! Then you will know what I mean. The medications used by the clinic is one thing, however, you must also use your own wisdom to find out what you actually need. Such as Q10 or Vitamin D or E or DHEA, It's not about how many but how good the eggs are, I am 40 but doctors never mentioned about dhea or vitamin d test or other great supplements to use until I learned from others and asked. Doctors you may argue It's not firmed in your textbooks or proved, but can you just show us there are these potential things we can do at home? May they be the unknown reasons why failed and miscarriage that you cannot exam? We are human being, we do need supplements especially in Canada. People come to you are desperate, so we are willing to try anything, don't you agree with it? We don't feel you are trying your best as you just want to follow what most doctors do, yet many things in this book have been approved, these supplements don't even hurt but may lead to possible good results. We are losing time and money, and have to train ourselves to be a doctor in this way, that's sad.
A	Anonymous Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going anonymous for privacy reasons. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant for a year when we were referred to one fertility. Dr Denise was our assigned dr and shes amazing. She did so many tests just to make sure everything is thoroughly checked which took 6 months but right after that she suggested IUI and luckily we got pregnant from the first attempt. We had a beautiful healthy baby boy 3 weeks ago. We cant thank enough the entire team of one fertility. We were treated with kindness everytime we had an appt. Everyone is so kind and professional. The front desk always called back , the nurses specially amanda she was my lucky charm everytime she called there was good news. I loved the ultrasound tech the asian girl ( sorry forgot her name ) and jen were so informative and they made the whole experience so positive. The girl screening people in the front was always sweet.The only person I didnt have a good experience with was the ultrasound tech courtney , I made sure to never book with her but other than that my experience at this clinic was so amazing that we are planning on coming back in 6 months to try for baby # 2 ?
T	Timo L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GO HERE. Some great nurses, but some TERRIBLE and mean and rude and made my wife cry. PLUS, they make you wait 5 hours to see the doctor regularly. Doctors are nice, but they clearly care not for anyone's time or budget and it costs a fortune.
I	It Stinks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did get pregnant after our second month of IUI, so that's great. But that's the only reason I'm giving a rating of 3 stars. Administratively this facility was disappointing. We did not find them easy to work with. We've also heard horror stories from a member of our family as well as another friend, who keep getting the run-around. It just feels like this facility is in it for the money, and the quality of their service suffers because of it. We have recommended friends try other places.
