The turn around time was pretty good as well. We missed the deadline by a couple of weeks, but I'm sure that will improve on the next job. All in all, this is a great plant to press with, my account manager Daniel D. is awesome.

Excellent communication throughout the process. The records turned out beautifully and I can't wait to do more work in the future!

They have been refusing to send out the PAID IN FULL presses because they’re too busy pressing higher named artists albums. This is shady and deceitful and i wouldn’t trust them with future business.

A bumbling man who clearly works here was acting fool behind the counters name is Jon I think because I asked who I was dealing with needs to be fired immediately never doing business here again. Manager needs to talk about professionalism with him soon

No response, highly unprofessional and seems to be prioritizing larger labels/artists, NOT RIGHT...If merchandise is paid for send it out and respond to your clients!
J	Justin Tomchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Still waiting on my vinyl order that I placed June 29th 2021. Will it be a full year before they show up? Who knows! Been a customer since 2019. In my second last order, they forgot to include the posters. It took them three more weeks to print them after 4 months of delays and then forgot about them in a warehouse. In my last order which arrived yesterday, they included the wrong posters. I have one more order remaining, and I know they don't have the posters for them, because they were put in my second last order. I have paid a LOT of money for them to continually make mistakes like this. I'm pretty certain after they fix the last batch I'm going to have to find another supplier.
