★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for fixtures for your kitchen or bath, I highly recommend Ardele of Splashes in Richmond. Within moments of meeting her she had sourced a tub we wanted. She even directed us to another Splashes showroom so we could be certain this was the exact tub we wanted. It was such a pleasure to be helped by Ardele as she is so knowledgeable and upbeat. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience with Splashes. It started off well with Karen as she found the toilet size we needed right away and ordered them for me. However, Karen no longer works for them, and trying to get a proper receipt to be used for income tax purposes was impossible. Both Helen and Shirley thought that a copy of my charge card receipt, which has NO details as to what was purchased or by whom would be fine!!

Karen is the most knowledgeable sales rep I have encountered at any location. Her product knowledge is second to none. It has been a pleasure working with Karen and I will continue to drive to this location for anything else I require.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel Ng @ Splashes was awesome to deal with from the start of our home reno to it's completion. Rachel had great recommendations and was friendly and courteous. What set her apart for us, was that we had an issue with the Toto toilet we ordered. I let Rachel know and she contacted the Toto reps right away and had it all sorted out by the end of the day. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bathroom selections and I can't thank Rachel enough for all her help and professionalism. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

We had an excellent experience purchasing bathroom, kitchen and utility room fixtures from Rachel/Splashes recently. She made the entire process seamless. Once we explained our renovation needs, Rachel made the experience both enjoyable and practical. She has a great skill set encompassing knowledge of product, an ability to listen, willingness to point out attributes of the appliances that could help with decision making, and willing to work within our budget. We never felt pushed or pressured. The follow up and anticipated deadlines were met or exceeded. Thank you Rachel!
