★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of content so you'll most likely find what you need. Bit pricey though and there's no returns or exchanges. Bought an item today that was way too small despite getting the right size according to sizing chart. Can't return it so I'm out the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never ever go back. Just was in the Lethbridge store. Very very rude employees. Asked once to put on our mask, which we did, they got security and kicked out our whole family. Never been treated so rudely ever.

Use to love this place, went here every year for the last several years. My experience was so bad today. Walked in without a mask because of my medical exemption and was given the third degree and the security gaurd demanded proof of my exemption. Of which currently in Lethbridge it is not required. They are not even supposed to ask for it. I won't go back now. Called the store spoke to a manager and got an apology but at this point it is too little too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I freaking love this place. I could walk around for hours getting inspired for Halloween; they have amazing displays and a good playlist. Plus the staff are always excited to be there and to get into the spirit of the season. Last time I went in they took time to chat with me about costume ideas and then walked me to my car for safety because there had been an altercation in the parking lot. A+ service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my children just love that place. As do I. Easy to find location. Wheelchair accessible.. friendly staff members. You can try on outfits. Wife variety of outfits as well.
Corona safe procedures there as well. We felt safe.
