Well organised store

Good place to go to find cheap items...except dusting cloths, oddly enough. They only have ones similar to Swiffer wet cloths and the fluffy dusters, no Swiffer style cloths that you can use on your floors.

Always a good place to shop. Love that everything is only 1.25! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Best place to get helium balloons too!!

It is a bad customer service experience on Mar. 26th, 2021 at 9:30 am. They have the worst hand sanitizer, when I tried to put some it puts a handful. And when I asked for a help to get a napkin to dry my hands from an employee, I found a bad customer service answer.

I honestly have always had the best customer service there. The manager seems to be very diligent with her staff. Unfortunately, on the night of Friday, October 08/21 I had a very aweful, unprofessional experience there, leaving me to concider filing an official complaint. There were 3 young people who were working. A male who was an absolute gentleman, and 2 females, one was kind. I had gone in with my 3 young daughters at 8:50pm, which in itself I knew would be annoying to staff, but we planned to be quick, and we live away from Brandon and don't get to go in very often. Just a few minutes to 9pm the one female staff made it very aware that were were annoying her and was quite rude and abrupt. We were in line to pay, the male was our cashier and as nobody was behind I asked if may run to grab one more thing, he was so kind and said "of course" .. so I ran to get the item and as I did (I was in an isle closer to the back of the store,) the very annoyed female actually yelled from the front of the store to me " to get back in line and that I was breaking the store rules", I did raise my voice to make sure she could hear, and I said that "the cashier had given me permission to grab one item". I was quite alarmed when she actually screamed at me that "if I wanted to give attitude I would be kicked out". I at that moment started to feel so much anxiety and almost fear. When I went back to the cashier, who was still putting through our other items, I apologized immediately and he could not have been more kind, assuring me that it was fine and he wasn't held up as there were other items. He really was so kind. I was aware that coming in just before closing was not ideal, but I was just so taken back by this point. He was very reasuring. After paying we exchanged goodbyes and began to walk out. Both female staff were standing by the door and said good night. .. I gave a smile as I was shaken up by her behavior. She then stepped into the middle of the doors and raised her voice in an agitated tone saying goodnight again, this time my daughter's replied the same to her. I remained quiet. We began to walk to our vehicle and the girl actually stepped out the door and screamed loudly into the parking lot "Good night thanks for ignoring me" .... I was just shocked as the unprofessionalism that I absolutely know the manager would be mortified at. I wonder if that have that on security camera? .. it was just young kids being childish but with all the ugly actions going in this world, I really felt a bit scared. It's unfortunate because I love the store and like I said most of the staff is absolutely wonderful.

Love getting our crafting materials from there. And the store is clean. The staff are very friendly.

The store was easy to find and well organized. I like that it wasn't crammed full and you could still see things clearly and move around easily. I love the seasonal section and found lots of other extras along my shopping trip. I like that the prices in there are consistent and the staff were helpful.
