★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 of us out for a meal and drinks, we were seated in the back of restaurant. No music/TVs or anything. Only people in the very back, nobody came to take a drink order or anything so we left. Probably should have made a reservation, but service was tough right off the hop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfortunate experience. We went out for a birthday supper and waited almost 2 hours from the time of ordering our food to the time we got it. Upon receiving food the steaks were very charred and dry. We were not offered any discount for the wait and had to complain to get one. Very disappointed with the handling of such a long wait time for an expensive meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family visited Echo several times this weekend and the food and service was excellent. Greek chicken wings were amazing, the steak was outstanding, pasta seemed house made and was so very good. Great atmosphere and always very clean.
