★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered new portabello mushroom melt and the bacon portabello mushroom melt baked potatoe. Burger sucked. And got a plain baked potato. Called in and spoke with a worker who refused to take any responsibility and blamed me for ordering the wrong thing!? Which I didn't. And refused to replace my meal or offer any solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how easy it is to get a delicious variety of hot, comforting food from Wendy's but would love an improved drive-thru experience. The person(s) in the car(s) behind don't need to know what order the driver at the speaker is placing.
I don't think shouting or being shouted at improves our drive thru experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was very busy but it was still decently clean. I had a few people in front of me in line, but line moved quickly.
Look like large groups getting out of church would be my guess. Food was hit and fresh and found a table and it was clean and dry.
They had 2 staff on the floor instantly cleaning tables as people left. Was nice to see this kind of service.
Parking lot had the recent snow removed and main driving lanes had been sanded.
Bathroom was clean and well stocked so this visit they exceeded expectations and checked all the boxes.
Will have no hesitation about coming back to this location. It was a great visit.

Unfortunately their recent price increase changed my usual order from $5.14 CAD to $10.99 CAD - and as a result have priced themselves right out of my life!
An unfortunate sign of the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me 4 dollars more than listed menu prices (both at the restaurant and on their online apps) and the drive thru attendant said it was due to making the meal a large size. No price increases posted explaining changes. Exceptionally poor customer service and overcharging, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful breakfast biscuit !!! Moist not hard, taste buttery, good amount of bacon!! Recommend to everyone!! Come try out the NEW BREAKFAST and compare to other fast food places! Good coffee too.
