★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't comment here, but i have to say this McDonald is the worst. I ordered a double fish, came with one piece of fish unfortunately which I got used to, however I returned to the staff and expect a new one, luckily I got my burger in few second with another piece of fish in the one I returned. What a joke that i got the worst service here before almost 8 months ago, and visited again just because it's McDonalds and close to home. The management is sucks, there are lots of other issues that I don't want to mention which many of people commented already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could give 0 stars I would terrible management. this location is very clearly understaff, I saw only one person doing all of the inside orders by themselves 2 people for the drive through I saw an older person standing around not helping I asked the employee at the second window if that person was the manager they said yes. manager's name is rita. very upset that manager does not seem to appreciate staff will not be coming back anytime soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My BLT Quarter Pounder that I got from the drive through on Tuesday May 10th was sloppily thrown together, cold, and the patty was dried out and blackened, oxidized like it had been sitting all day in the warming tray. They then tried to compensate for that by drowning it in Mayo. I ate it because I was hungry and I didn't feel like walking the 4 blocks to get another one... but if I go to McDonalds in the future I will be going to the Richmond location. Victoria Ave McDonalds has disappointed me one too many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yikes. An AWFUL experience. Lukewarm coffee and cold fries. Drive through line was extremely slow. As a former McDonald’s manager, I am so sad to see this level of service and food quality. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and got to my granddaughters house (which she wanted) and it was a nugget meal and said right on the receipt cheeseburger meal. 2 hours later I go back to get a PLAIN cheeseburger and get home and its fully loaded!!!! Whats going on here????? Do they not hear clearly or just don't care???? I'm curious???? If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the first time they had forgotten part of an order(missing 1 happy meal but got drinks), the happy meals didn't have toys. Sadly the kids noticed after left restaurant,plus the missing drinks were not noticed until left Brandon(I live out of the city). On positive note food was excellent just seems to be thing missing items here and there. Just make sure you have everything before driving off even if making line wait lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in yesterday for a simple 3 orders! I got a Big Mac Meal! That came very fast and done right thanks to Emily and Ben in kitchen! Waited 5 minutes to order a Tea and a Cheese Burger, the person on counter (Rita a Manager) could not complete a skip order and 1 person (me) on counter. Finally she took my order and I waited 1 minute on the cheeseburger (perfect service) sadly waited 10 minutes on a SMALL TEA!!! Had to ask Olivia to make it as Rita left the area before she had completed the orders! Very bad service from Rita!
