He was willing to work with me on where we wanted to install our cameras and genuinely cared about my concern areas. He was always easy to get in contact with and we had our system installed quickly, professionally and properly. After comparing with competitors and doing lots of research before purchasing such a large expense, Securcom was the best choice for us primarily because of the customer service we received. Once their installers were here and working it was confirmed that we loved their service because each and everyone with their company treated us with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The installers were very professional and did a very good job at the date and time promised. When the system did not perform as I had understood when making the purchase agreement the company quickly upgraded it to ensure if performed as expected and there was no additional charge. Since the system was installed I have been contacted several times to check to see how the system is working and If there was anything further I needed. I would very much recommend this company to anyone in need of their type of service.
