The true testimony of company is how they deal with failure. One of my cameras has had intermittent problems. No fault of the installer or guardian as soon as the new and upgraded camera was in they installed it and also ordered a cell phone booster to eliminate all future problems

I love the remote features - doorbell cam, door lock, thermostat and disarming - the app works very well providing meaningful notifications as well. The images provided by the HIK cameras are amazing - even full color after dark. I ordered the system online and over the phone with Nick, who scheduled installation on the day I required without glitches. Raine, assisted by Ian, provided a very professional and courteous installation along with great follow-up training on the system and apps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys!
