I brought him in for a stay and play as he was a rescue and I didn’t know what to expect as he is my first dog ❤️? Kirsten and her staff really care about animals … and it shows! ? Thank you for making my life a little bit easier ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Whether you're looking for a doggy daycare or if you want to come play/socialize your furbaby. Numerous play areas to accommodate different dogs personalities and requirements. Staff are friendly and don't just puppysit, they play and snuggle all the dogs. The prices are extremely affordable. They also accept volunteers (after filling out a form) to come play with the dogs as well. There is also a onsite groomer, although I have not used the groomer personally. I definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a couple bad experiences here. My dog was attacked last time I brought her and the staff very obviously did not have any training on how to break up a dog fight. They have an Awful system of introducing your dog to the other ones. When the pen is full there are about 20 dogs in there and one small gate that opens up so your dog can sniff them before going in. They open that gate and all the dogs from the pen swarm your dog which can very easily lead to your dog being very overwhelmed and stressed out. I don't believe that they have enough Staff to watch that many dogs at a time and it is unsafe. My parents also used to bring their two small Shibas and had a similar experience. Their dogs now both will refuse to go inside and shake horribly when near the building. We believe they were attacked as this is not normal behavior for them. Would not recommend doggy daycare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great set up and fantastic staff. They are extremely friendly and take great care of the dogs. Several enclosures allow the dogs that don't quite get on to be separated, but they are always under the watchful supervision of the staff. A great place for pandemic pooches to socialise and realise that there are other humans and dogs out there.
Ragnar will definitely be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so cold for little puppy paws today, so we headed to Paw Time for our morning walk! It's a great spot, you can tell everyone working there loves their job, and all the dogs in their care. They took the time to chat with me, as a newcomer, and told me places I can take my dog, what to look out for, and let me know they have a puppy program that runs on Mondays. We will definitely be back on those cold mornings! Thanks :)
