★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet City Lethbridge is an awesome set-up for a great doggie daycare! They have a ton of space and keep the dogs grouped according to their size. Lots of toys and a doggie playground outside. Inside, they have couches and beds just for the dogs in an air conditioned/heated space. They have locally made "chicken chips" treats for the dogs and have patient, caring staff. I sent my 7 year old chihuahua mix, Ducati for a half day of daycare a few weeks ago and they were so good with him as he is nervous, shy, fearful etc. They also do grooming services as well as overnight/extended boarding too. The next time that we are in Lethbridge, I'm sending Ducati to Pet City :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitten had been having trouble with long hair and excessive hairballs. Today we brought him in to get cut.
At first the idea of bringing a feline to a groomers seemed cruel to me until I measured the stress my poor little guy was undergoing through vomiting quite frequently. I heard a radio ad for how happy my kitty could be and was sold.
When we arrived, everyone was really nice and the animal grooming room was all ours. The whole cut took less than an hour and I couldn't have been more happy with the treatment of my animal or the absolute great attitude of the staff who interacted with us.
The cut looks amazing and our little guy seems more energetic than ever. His brothers and sister didn't quite recognize him when he got home but they'll get over that :).
Thanks again for the superb service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE .. DO NOT bring your pets here , the worst experiences ever , we had to take our cat to the hospital because he was in so much pain and got a serious razor burn right after they gave him a haircut that was done so aggressively , now he’s on a few medications and antibiotics .
I hope this review opens your eyes on the staff that work here and you guys take your job more seriously and be gentle and considerate of our fur buddies .
I hate to write negative reviews but we are So disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of our dogs LOVE going to daycare every week. They know when it’s daycare day! We feel confident knowing they are in a safe environment to socialize and play with their doggo friends. The staff is always amazing and super friendly. We have always recommended Pet City Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Pet City, and so does my dog. The staff here are amazing, and always remember your dogs name, are so welcoming and excited to see your dog! All I have to say is "do you want to go to puppy school"? And Huey goes CRAZY! They even gave him a bath and a birthday cookie on his 1st Birthday for me, and he is a LOT of work to bath! Above amd beyond service here!
