Founder, Lee Drescher, has always had a clear vision of wanting to offer a unique service to discerning and health conscious pet owners. Since the opening of the first location in 2008, the Bone & Biscuit Company has continually maintained the highest standards and quality of natural foods, supplies and accessories. We define quality by evaluating the ingredients, manufacturing techniques and nutritional value of every product. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic store to go to, I was on my way to take my pup for a walk and forgot her harness. I went in and was greeted before the door closed behind me. The girls there fit my pup with a new harness (fits awsome) and gave me a few tips. I will not go anywhere else, the service there is beyond excellent and they treated me like I was part of their family. I can't remember your names, but to the girls at Bone and Biscuit, Thank you very much, I will make the drive to come back and support your store!!!

What a great place, well stocked with lots of the usual favorites you would expect to see at a pet store but they also have a great selection of local products - That's what I call local supporting local...soo nice to see! Funny enough, we meant to pop into this store a few time, hearing about it but we live further away - I will tell you, it is worth the drive & is now going to be our go to pet store! Prices are reasonable, service was excellent - we met the store owner Tracy, how lovely and knowledgeable, and the treats she recommended for our lab Maddy were spot on! She loved them - We will definitely be back - highly recommend checking this store out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies who own these stores are the actual best! All of their food is great quality and for a really reasonable price. They are more than happy to order food in for you if they are able(vender dependent). I have the pickiest kitties ever and they have been an actual God sent when trying to deal with my little divas and their difficult food preferences. If you love your pet, you need to go see these ladies!

Boy we were wrong, Tracy, Megan, And the rest of the staff at both locations are phenomenal. The service is 2nd to none, They have excellent product knowledge and what works best for your pet.They really care about our little guy and have been so helpful, If you buy your product anywhere else you are crazy!

He unlocked the door and me and my dog were greeted with a friendly smile. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. 10/10 service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sure adore both Bone & Biscuit locations here in Lethbridge. The staff are all friendly and helpful & our pups are perfectly groomed thanks to Reba in the “spaw”. She really goes the extra mile. The grooming area is so clean, tidy and she sure gives the pups so much love. Highly recommend both the store & grooming services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've consistently had excellent experiences with Bone & Biscuit. I have a very challenging situation with one of our PAW Society foster cats, Peggy, who has a severe protein allergy. B & B has gone above and beyond to help Peggy by giving sound advice and even going so far as to pick up her food in Calgary when their food shipment was delayed. The Bone & Biscuit owners and staff genuinely care about their little furred clients. Please support this great LOCAL business!
