Store is always clean and decent stock. 1 star is for the amount of registers usually open and for the customer service that the young weekend employees provide. Had to complain to the manager today as a produce employee basically told an elderly gentlemen that he was sol on getting a cart as the staff “HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO GO PULL CARTS FROM THE LOT”. When I complained to the manager on shift about it there were quite a few employees in the back that could have easily taken 20 minutes to go grab carts from the parking lot! Good customer service would have gone out and gotten the gentlemen who was walking with a cane a cart from the lot! The fact that I had to go out myself and grab the gentlemen a cart is ridiculous! It was only after the complaint from myself and the vocalness from not only myself but another couple that they finally sent an employee out to pull carts! Management needs to get their weekend young employees dealt with because that was unacceptable! This was the most disgusting lack of customer service I have ever seen! This happened at 4 pm Saturday Feb 19 2022.
