I cleaned up my garage, repaired and repainted damages to my house, washed my car, cleaned and vacuumed the whole house. Did some woodwork, played guitar and took the kids out for a cycle ride. For the last 3 years I couldn't do a single one of those things without ending up bedridden for 3 days.

I have been in excruciating pain after adjustments and it has lasted for days. I would go religiously for a couple of months and then fall off the bandwagon and rarely go. My friend introduced me to adapt chiro and suggested that with their torque release technique, I might be in less pain after adjustments so I decided to give it a go. When I came in the first day, they took the time to get to know me, and my spine, taking scans and x-rays so they knew where we were starting. When I came back the next day, I was really impressed. They went through a little presentation that explained some basics about the spine and how chiropractic treatments can help different problem. Additionally, they had created a treatment plan that laid out how frequent my visits were and what the cost of the total treatment was broken up into different payment plans. Knowing all of this up front made it so much easier to afford treatments and much easier to stick to the treatment plan. The adjustments themselves are incredible! I have never walked away from a chiro appointment with so little pain. Thank-you adapt chiro!

I was initially in search of a chiropractor when I was pregnant, and was relieved to find such great care! My son has been treated here since he was a newborn, and he loves visiting the office. My husband also sees Drs. Mike and Kenzie, and has seen improvement in his headaches and neck pain (me too!). Although the initial information session can seem a little much, the care received is worth the upfront time investment. Drs. Mike, Kenzie, and all the staff are friendly, professional, and always make us feel comfortable and welcome. The two resident dogs make a lovely welcoming committee and are well behaved around my (now) toddler. The offices are light and airy, the bathrooms are always clean, and the atmosphere is always calm. Convenient location and parking, and flexible scheduling are the cherries on top! Love you guys! ❤️
