Back In Balance Wellness Centre - Lethbridge

Very nice atmosphere, super friendly staff. I got in right away and the Dr. was incredibly knowledgeable. I got acupuncture a few times last year post-surgery and I was a skeptic at first, but I noticed reduced pain and better mobility within weeks!

I've had over 20 massages here and have yet to have a bad experience. All the massage therapists are amazing. They do direct billing and accommodate your needs. I've recently started to do cupping and I love it. They are very accommodating at adjusting to my schedule and switch me around when needed. The receptionists are all friendly.

Love love love Back in Balance Wellness Centre! When I started my journey here just a few months ago, I had severe back pain, headaches every single day and a hand with an artery swollen+causing so much pain that I couldn't complete day to day functions - that no other professional could give me an answer to for over 8 years, it was just something everyone said was "super weird". After seeing Pardip, she said nothing is ever too weird and my pain levels have decreased significantly. I have no back pain, no headaches, and the swelling + pain levels in my hand are down, so much so that I can use that hand again and do the things I need to without discomfort and pain. This has impacted my life so greatly... by reducing pain, it has also reduced stress. I also loved how Pardip explained how Chiro works and how the body works. I have new appreciation for my body and am more mindful of the way I carry myself throughout the day. I have also visited for massages with Makita, and her technique is amazing. Makita looks at the overall body and what stressors might be contributing to the pain I had. She provided suggestions and tips based on the work I do and the things that could be contributing to decrease overall pain. On top of that, all of the front area staff at Back in Balance are incredibly helpful and friendly and make you feel right at home, they relieved some of my anxiety before initial appointments and really helped to support my journey!! I'm so excited to continue my journey here and explore other services. Back in Balance has helped me regain control in my life. 100% would recommend to anyone!

My experience has been amazing and super uplifting! I hadn't been for a long time because of a negative experience with another chiro in Lethbridge. I decided it was time to get back on track and booked appointments for massage and chiro. The sessions have made an incredible difference. I am excited to try acupuncture as (eventually) an alternative to my anxiety medication. Feeling back on track with my health. It's been a while!

Had a message here the other day. All i have to say is wow i was treated like i felt i needed to be with my injury. Also chiropractic here is probably the best place to seek out as she does whats needed not lets just crack you and good bye she sees what all can be done as a attack with a little message adjustment and maybe a crack for dessert haha.

I cannot recommend Back in Balance enough! When you walk in the door, everyone who greets you is so kind and will make you feel so comfortable. The atmosphere feels both peaceful and relaxing, but also professional and health focused. I’ve done chiropractic with Dr Pardip Athwal, who is not only great for regular adjustments, but also solved a mysterious foot tingling that looked like sciatica based on her knowledge of me and the sports I do! She takes a really genuine, personal interest in the health of her clients, and goes above and beyond to make sure they get the help they need. And she’s just a real delight to be around. Their massage therapist Pushpinder is also a gem!

Beautiful new facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of services offered from massage, acupuncture, chiropractic to meditation, etc. Highly recommend giving them a try!
