★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare. They prey on vulnerability after an accident. Delivered 2 faulty cars. First one had no airco and the 2nd one stank.
Returned the 2nd car so we could go to Enterprise and the guy that we met with flat out refused to give us any proof that we returned the vehicle in the same state that we received it in. He wanted us to try a 3rd vehicle! As most people know after an accident in which your car is totalled and the driver is dealing with whiplash and physio, you have better things to do than try out 3 rental cars.
2 months after the accident and it's still not finished.
They have sent invoices with different amounts on. The ridiculous early return fee was $250. They upped that to $350. And the daily rate changed too.
Yesterday they deducted the money from our private credit card WITHOUT authorization simply because the insurance company hadn't paid them yet.
The reason they hadn't paid them is because they can't get a straight answer about the inconsistent invoices.
We have now had to cancel our credit card and are proceeding with legal advice from our lawyer on the next step to take.
Avoid like the plague. Please don't let this mess happen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been scammed by this company last week as well, they charged my $183 for a days rental when my wife got into a car accident and also are not returning the $350 pre authorized deposit, I have been trying to reach out to them and they are not answering the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company takes advantage of you when you're vulnerable. Never rent a car from them or sign any papers they make you sign pretending to be all caring and concerned when you get into a car accident. Rather than taking a car from them you're better off calling a friend to pick you up or an Uber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific company. DO NOT RENT AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The reviews of this company are all true below and I should have took them more seriously. This company has charged me hundreds of dollars months after my rental and has made false accusations of my insurance claim and what occurred. Extremely unprofessional from a business standpoint. They also charge you $250 at the beginning for a damage deposit (which is fair) AND they make a copy of your credit card. Beware because they will scam and charge you hundreds behind your back. I have attempted to resolve this with Speed Rentals with no luck so far. Be very careful with these scammers. I also dropped off my car in a random spot with no one that met me. Also, they encourage customers to pay via e transfer and cash to avoid tax costs!! Pathetic, unprofessional, illegals and pure scammers. AVOID!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady contract, roadside pressure from tow truck driver preying on vulnerability. Scam tactics top to bottom. No one present at listed office... had to drop off vehicle at “new location” and forced to pay excessive fees in order to return vehicle with awful stench inside cabin.
Stay far away from speed rentals!
