★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with My insurance Brokers for more than a few years now, and they have been really good till now. During COVID my wife was working from home, so she was not driving and we could do with one car in the household, and I called them to make the changes to just one car. In sept. i realised that they wanted $320 more as they had given me a COVID credit, which they were asking back now. I have called 4 different times and spoken to 4 different agents, trying to explain that I did not ask for the COVID credit and was just running with one vehicle, but they have yet to resolve the issue. Please check our accounts too, as they might have applied the COVID credit on their own, even though you much not have asked for it, and now they want that credit back.

The agent I dealt with (Sandy Woods) was helpful in every way. She was polite, patient & professional in answering all our questions explaining everything clearly & thoroughly. She also got us better insurance for a much better price. I highly recommend them.

Our broker Darwin was friendly and polite. He explained everything clearly to us. We will continue to use My Insurance Broker for our car insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use them is you have a complaint. You tell them they are not listening and they say your aggressive just with a frustration tone that was not telling or loud, just not rainbows.
I can not imagine if you had a real serious problem how they would treat someone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left company. Was quoted very high renewal compared to what I got at another place. Also when I called to change covereage prior. A rep named Gavin said he swiched covereage to my new car, later found out he didn't do it. Left me driving with no covereage for days. Stay away from Gavin! Had to deal with the same guy when I went to cancel. He didn't even have the courtesy to email back to confirm receipt of documents he requested. Had to call back and waste another 30 minutes to confirm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a current customer and with all the claims the company makes about service priorities, you would think when you call for a quote they would be able to respond. And when the "Specialist" promises that someone will call you back in a reasonable period of time and they don't then all the claims about "service satisfaction" has no meaning. Time to back up those claimd My Insurance Broker.
