★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beside myself with the terrible service we received. Dealt with Voula and waited WEEKS for a auto and home insurance quote that we never did get. It was delay after delay, always needing more information (wondering why she could not collect all the information she needed upfront). Sometimes we would not get a call back when Voula would say she would call.
We adventually gave up and got a quote from another insurance company. The other company gave me the auto insurance quote right away, it only took 10 minutes on the phone. I could not believe it was so fast and wondered why Voula could not do this. Then the same company said they could have the home insurance done and ready to sign in two days. Once again totally shocked and wondering why Voula could not do this.
If this is how bad service is trying to get a quote (I'm confused, don't they want business?) image how bad it is after they have made the sale and you are a client. My advice based on my experience is save yourself headache and time...go somewhere else!

I was connected to Jessica, not only did she get me the best rate I had been quoted, she was fantastic to deal with, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I'll be moving my other insurance policies to Stoneridge once they expire.
