No other broker had the time back then to help but Alfa who took the time and effort to listen and work together - and take a chance on a young entrepreneur. Its always nice to stop by. A family run business is a rarity today and I am happy to keep my business with them.

After reading all the nice reviews about this place and that it's family owned I really wanted to consider these guys as one of my options and compare quotes.
I call at 12:40 p.m seeking a quote and provide all of my information, I'm told that she will get back to me in an hour or so. As I eagerly wait an hour passes then 2 and so on. Finally I decided to call back at around 3:30 p.m to see what's going on. She apologizes and says she will call whoever to get the quote right away and will call me right back.
It's now 40 minutes after their office has closed and I have not received a call back.
I suspect it's because I'm a brand new driver (In my 20's) that I guess I'm not worth a call back and deserve to be lied too twice in the same day. Genuinely disapointed to be treated this way since we all had to start somewhere. Now I'm worried that I gave these people all of my info and will definently keep an eye out for anything suspicious.
Besides I doubt they would of been able to beat 323$ a month offered by another, clearly more professional broker who actually cared enough to call me back.

I called and immediately was able to speak to an actual (super nice) person. They made the whole process so smooth and easy, I am really impressed with the service.

I was refused by so many Brokers and yet I never felt judged when dealing with the polite, patient and courteous staff at this Broker. Staff has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best insurance coverage ast the very best rates. No hidden fees, no BS, presented with all my options, facts and is always treated with the highest priority and utmost respect when dealing with staff. I reall do appreciate all you have done for me Alfa, even through my very rough times of being unemployed. A special thank you to Mia, Alexis, Rouler(apologies for the spelling) and everyone who has made having insurance much easier for me. God Bless you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Alexis I have house insurance again. I've tried other insurance brokers and they had no luck in finding insurance for me because of my situation.
While doing a search I came across ALFA and read the reviews. I gave them a call and they are so nice. I explained my situation and Alexis said she should be able to find insurance for me. Within a week and a half she found me house insurance.
