I have never made a claim and they continuously raised my rates. After I cancelled, they continued to take money out of my account.

Zero customer support...!!!

A year ago I tried to reach one of their agents over the phone and email and it took me weeks to get a hold of them. this Time I did quote over the phone with Co-Operators call center and at the end which was all good but at the end he said they have to transfer me to the local office to review the quote with me personally, where the same person give me an appointment after two weeks and when I went after two weeks, I arrived she told me that she has to ask the main office then reply me. This office they don't value time of clients

Where I come from, this is called stealing and they should be charged for this crime.

NOT ONCE they ever followed through with any of the appointments. The one thing I regret the most wasting my time and like with these people. This is how they treat a potential customer so imagine actually being a client with these people. My neighbor recommended with them and I have to say I totally disagree I will never be with them even if they were the last company on the goddammn planet. She is rude, I hate being disrespected by this horrible company when I absolutely did nothing wrong. The lady that works there is beyond evil and will blame her actions on you. Own up to your actions.
