★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place so much. It’s the closest I’ve ever gotten to pizza I grew up on. It tastes classic. We drive down the mountain for this pizza despite having many other places we like here. Wait times are pretty ridiculous sometimes but worth it for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Grimsby and go to Original for my Pizza. They have the tiny pepperonis that they have in NY state. They call them "Roni Cups" and there is a small surcharge for them, but the price is very reasonable and totally worth it. I get it once a week. 2 large and 25 wings with the surcharge is still very very reasonable!!! They aren't skimpy with the toppings as well. Very pleasant staff. Love this place! Get NY style pepperoni in Hamilton! This is extra cheese double Roni cups... The picture says it all!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is good and the family is good. Their new hire is incompetent and rude to boot.
Ordered a pickup and arrived, told the new hire my name for pickup and he told me 15 minutes, thankfully another employee asked me my order and it was already done.
Just called an order for pick up again trying to ask about prices and the pickup special and I'm assuming the new guy because I've never had him take my order was very rude and interrupting. I asked how much toppings were and he said he didn't know what i was talking about and kurtly told me to just place the order.
I've had lovely experiences prior, with the original employees. This experience was so off putting and way out of line I was compelled to write this review while I'm waiting for my order.
He was so rude I won't be back, and I live across the road. I'd rather inconvenience myself than be disrespected like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had to try this place. We drove 56km today to test it out. Pizza was fresh & hot! And DELICIOUS. Wish we lived closer. Friendly suggestion, if you’re going, call ahead to place your order. These are all freshly made and take approximately 15/20 minutes. We didn’t mind waiting. It was a beautiful day. We’ll be back.

Ordered the deep dish combo and it came with the wrong ingredients and it wasn't deep dish it was just dry crust that wasso chewy that I couldn't even bite through it. I called to let them know and the lady on the phone started screaming at me for no reason saying that I'm nuts and they never mess up an order and then hung up on me. I wasn't able to say a word to her, so I tried to call back and she really lost it. She was screaming so bad that I couldn't understand her, but I'm pretty sure that she threatened me and said she knows where I live and that I can go there and see what happens. I've never heard anyone in customer service ever act so horrible in my life. If this is how they want to treat the customer then they should just close the doors forever
! One star. No - 5 stars
