★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deals and best prime rib roast and steaks. Many exotic items. One of our favorite places to shop for a reasonable price. Store name bacon is choice, hot meals are great, and staff is super friendly and accommodating. ? Nothing but praise for this store.

Meat & Produce are excellent quality for what I buy and the price is usually lower than other supermarkets.
I find many hard-to-find items as well as some that intrigue my "inner Foodie" as being gourmet without being expensive.
Their Lococo's prepared meat is of great quality. I can refrigerate a bulk pack for at least a couple of days before separating it into dinner-sized portions and freezing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched grocery stores to now shop at Lococo's. Can't beat the price and freshness, much better than the national chains. They don't have everything we need, for eg all our cleaning supplies, or dog food, but for produce, and meat they can't be beat! And think products are mostly all Canadian!

This was actually not a bad place to work. I’m pretty sure it’s unionized (it was when I worked there). The management and other employees were always cool and we didn’t have to act like robots, we could actually have some fun. You can go at your own pace and it’s not rush rush rush like other jobs. Training was always provided so we could do other tasks like unloading the trucks and moving skids around with the power jacks if needed.

We try to avoid the larger chain grocers so lococos is perfect for us.
Always a good supply of fruit & veg and although we are often stumped by the size of meat packages, since we are Seniors, it's well worth repackaging when we get home.
Also this store carries and supports a lot of local, small company products like sauces which is helpful for their exposure.
Staff has always been most helpful, cheerful and accommodating to us.
A weekly stop for us.
