★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This store is soooo much cleaner than it used to be. I am so impressed by how organized it has become! Lots of treasures to be found at this location. That said, prices are a bit more steep than they used to be. Good selection of women's wear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a great place to shop with friendly staff and great prices but now prices are way over priced, similar to home sense and most staff are quite rude sadly. There is one lady in particular whose prices are absolutely ridiculous. When I see her working I don’t bother even going inside the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOTHING IN THE STORE HAS A PRICE ON IT!! How does anyone running a business think that its okay to have to walk up and ask the price of each item? I was expected to wait in line and when they had time they could give me a price on an item I found. I'm sorry. This is not how to do business, and when its like this the stock sits and gets old and they are just shelves full of junk. If I find something and its got a decent price, then I am motivated to buy. Prices need to be thought out ahead of time. too many of these thrift stores are asking too much for their junk. Its getting so i don't want to bother any more. PLEASE TELL THEM!! ITS NOT THE WAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful time looking around this store! It is SO organized and neat, very easy to look through like this! I even found my new winter coat there, it looks brand new! And at a great price! Thank you to everyone that works there, my experience was a great one and I will be bringing some stuff your way soon! ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was rude to an elderly woman asking questions about items for sale. Items could be better curated and spaced out. Priced at the til. I do hope the SPCA at least gets support from sales - otherwise, not a pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, good selection of merchandise, and reasonable pricing. Please note that some items have pricing labels and others you can get priced at the till. Considering the fast turnover of merchanise and the fact that you can negotiate the pricing a bit, this is not a problem at all (actually, I like this system).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young lady at the cashier had the worse attitude and service out of all the stores I’ve been to during my travel in Vancouver. I kindly asked if the price can be a bit lower because of the rip and she answered with a hard “No”. Upon checkout she sighed and tossed the coined into my hands because I could not find my debit card. She was not respectful and was just reading her comics and using her phone. Definitely needs training for customer service and politeness working as a cashier. On the other hand, the prices of clothing and accessories were fairly reasonable. I would definitely switch up the staff. Shopped on March 23rd, 2022.
