★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for the first time today after taking a mental note to visit while driving on my morning commute. Lovely selection of clothes and accessories however I left empty handed feeling really uncomfortable. As the store was very busy, it was clear that one employee in particular was following me around the store as if I was going to steal something and kept their eyes on me throughout the entire time I was browsing the store (perhaps 15 minutes). However, despite loss prevention strategy, they never even spoke to me, for example to say hello or offer assistance, until they said goodbye as I was walking out due to discomfort. I didn’t even have a bag on me and my rain jackets pockets can barely hold my phone and keys. Looking at the reviews, it seems there’s a few other people who have experienced the same unfortunately :( was quite disappointed as I had been really excited to check out the shop on my day off today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Front & Company for the first time today. It’s a very well organized, clean store. Lots of different merchandise however I only had time for shopping women’s consignment clothing today. It was all quite well organized and featured a variety of brands from moderate to designer. I found Vince and Kit and Ace items to purchase. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. I will return and explore more at this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s nice having a place on Main Street that you can buy some used clothing on, I wish they had a little bit larger of a used clothing section. Trying to buy a black chick from them one day, but it always seems like they don’t have any. Here’s a photo of my friend absolutely popping tags inside, keep up the good work, five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Front & Company Pop-up Shop next door, not the consignment shop. The Pop-up Shop has a lot of cute and decorative novelty pieces. There's something for everyone from toys, accessories, stationary, local artisan items, home and candles. The staff is super nice and everyone is pretty helpful. I bought a bag of bunnies here =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is honestly massive and it includes new and used items they have so much Aritzia stuff and their shoe selection is to die for they have some pretty good named brands as well and all the employees are super stylish! Store layout super appealing! Park at the park a block away for free parking.

Love the window shopping experience looking at the fashionable layered outfits - so many styles and feelings you can show with these pieces. Appreciate the positive messages too!
Prices are slightly on the high end.
Also has plenty of gift options and accessories. Guarantees a fun shopping experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed! I found a hole in the fabric of a brand new pair of $100 linen pants and was refused a refund. While their policy is exchange only, i think it's reasonable to make exceptions for damaged goods. Initially, i just wanted a replacement but on my return visit, I realized the hole was due to sloppy security tag placement. I also noticed 3 different price tags on the potential replacement pair..a sample sale price of $47 and 2 different store tags, $79 and $89. The manager refused to give me a refund and made all sorts of excuses including 'we're a small store' and 'they're still wearable.' When i asked to speak to her manager, she told me not to bother. Begrudgingly, I took the gift card but once that's spent, they've lost me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fabulous place with brand new items and beautiful used items. I have consigned many of my lovely clothes here over the years. Their staff are friendly and helpful and I particularly like the cool and quirky chachkes but they have.
