β β β β β I was really looking forward to my colonic. I was planning to invest in a series of them as long as I was happy with the first one. It was a disaster. I had to move my car before I got started and then the practitioner had to move my car mid session (after he'd reassured me it was fine.) We walk into the room, he describes how to insert the (already flowing) water tube and then says he'll be back to give me further instructions. So, I begin my own colonic, he returns and starts instructing me on how to use the machine and what to do while I've got a steady stream of water delivering itself inside my colon - what?? Why didn't he instruct me before I was laying on the bed? It was extremely uncomfortable, there was a cold draft coming up towards my bum from where the water released too and the guy had to fumble around my personal items for my car keys. I hope my experience was a one off. I suggested he communicate how to use the device and how someone can maximize the colonic before he has them on the table. I felt mildly traumatized and ended the colonic early. When he was trying to sell me the packages I took a moment to gently (because that's what I wanted with this colonic) explain that I felt traumatized, why and how he could have prevented it. He didn't refund my money and I left shaking my head (literally.)

β β β β β I have had a very disappointing and unimpressive experience booking with this company. If I could give them a 0/5 stars I would. I purchased a Groupon and had them reschedule once due to covid which I was fine with. I then tried rescheduling three other times, all of which were cancelled. Everytime I dealt with the staff they reminded me that I had a Groupon which made me feel like they valued my business less and they were completely unaccomodating of my schedule, because I wasn't a customer already they didn't want me to schedule on a Saturday. My booking also had an expiry date and if I were unable to use it before then they weren't even going to give me a refund. The lady also lectured me about changing my phone number because my long distance number was inconvenient for her.
Overall, it was very unprofessional. I will not be giving them my business, and I will be contacting Groupon regarding their behaviour.
