★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You be the judge, photos included. I like the massage chairs and the pedi water baths, but specialists seem a little blind to me... not to mention cuticle work and shaping. Bubble on my toe burst a week after, needs to be redone but I will get it fixed anywhere else. Do no recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service! The technicians and owner were very pleasant and welcoming towards a lovely group of 3 for my birthday. The pedicures were gentle and the final results were near perfect. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with this place. I got my shellac over there about 2.5 weeks ago for the first time. The girl who did my nail seemed to be inexperienced and did a very basic job so obviously I called them 2 days later and explained my complain and the guy who picked up the phone said I can come over to get a full free service next time. And I told him I'll be away and won't be able to come in till 2 weeks and he said that's okay. So I called to book an appointment to finally get the service I initially paid for but the manger charged me when I was done. So, I kind of feel like they are not reliable and honest, they said they will give next service but when I was done they charged me.
That's why I wouldn't recommend this place... They need to be more honest and responsible for the services they offer in my opinion!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crafty nails is such a fantastic find! I've been all over Vancouver for Gel nail extensions. Not only do most try to pass off acrylic as gel, but the shape is always off. At crafty nails you get fantastic and friendly service as well as 5 star product. My nails always look stellar. I'm super picky about the stiletto shape and they file them to perfection. Their nail art skills are super creative and theyre always excited to try the photos I bring in!
You literally cannot go wrong coming here. If you are looking for a new, dependable and talent filled salon you've found it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for a gel manicure at a decent price. Place could use a deep clean - lots of built up dust on the shelves. Pretty minimal decor. I think I had someone in training. They didn't talk at all and didn't even introduce themselves, which was a bit weird. Manicure job was not bad, with just a few minor flaws - although the biggest was that she didn't paint close enough to my cuticles, so even two days later it looks like I've had the gel polish on for over a week. Overall, it was fine for a decent price and I'd probably go back.
