★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's just say I was not left with a good first impression.
You're told inspection is free, but charged for it afterwards. Also, owner always insists you leave your car with him as he diagnoses the problem; strongly advise against that.
I was charged $90 for parts/labor for a replacement *bolt* to mount the one rear left control arm bushing (picture). Aren't those things like $5 each?
Use a mobile mechanic to diagnose your problem (usually charge $40-60 for inspection) before seeing a mechanic you don't trust.
Small jobs are the opportunity for a shop to attract long term customers, this place doesn't understand that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a synthetic oil change without booking an appointment prior to my arrival, and it was done very swiftly with no difficulties or imperfections. I saved money and time going to Shafique in comparison to going to the dealership that provided me the car. The customer service was another service that Shafique provided for me, welcoming me to sit inside the office while my car was being worked on and also offered a coffee. Definitely coming again, best repair shop in Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a used CX5 (2018), just a few weeks ago. Started getting some metal grinding noise from my front left. Took it to Shafiq and he was generous enough to take a look right away. My car needed new brakes and rotors. He got all of it done within 3 hours, without a prior appointment! Great service. Will definitely recommend!

They also give you a consumer, a range of options for your price range, if you want budget friendly/ mid range parts or top end..
They definitely go above and beyond not only with your vehicle and service, but in Hospitality and customer service!!!
