β β β β β I loved living at Southgate Apartments. Patricia is absolutely lovely and followed COVID procedures when showing me the apartment and fully explained the deposit and incentives to me upon moving in.
Living here has been amazing. She keeps the premises clean and is always around to help when I need it. During the summer, you get the loud motorcycle/lifted truck noises racing around the corner of Sask Drive and 104th. But the view of the downtown is phenomenal on either side of the building.
I have a couple friends that live in this building and I actually recommend one to live here. Plus I made new friends with my neighbours. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I plan on living here again!
