★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will take your damage deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. Several small marks on the wall will cost you $275. Not sure why they feel the need to scam people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building and the manager were not good at all (right now they have a new manager, but I'm talking about the previous one).
I was living in one of the ground floor units of this building and there wasn't a day that I didn't regret it. I saw all kinds of insects and roach in my suite, the heating system never worked properly, the building got full of smoke and brought the fire department twice in one week!
There were lots of homeless people playing music and using substances right besides my window. One time they egged my car for no reason! And the management response to unit's problem was not good. The former manager almost never answered my calls and never called back!
Never ever step into this apartment.
