★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only stopped for drinks and the 3rd period of the oilers, maybe the server was having a rough day but service is 75% of the face of the franchise...90 % if were only having drinks... leave your poor mood with those who deserve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in room with kitchenette. No glasses, only 2 knifes. It was a big room and beds were good. They had a banquet room rented Saturday night for a party that woke me at 11:45 PM. I called front desk 3 times for the noise. Kept waking me up. Room not cleaned during the day at least once. Would like to give higher rating but the service is just not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff were pleasant but will never stay here again. Our bathroom was disgusting. Smelt like pee and was dirty. Bath towels were dirty. Made my skin crawl. Room was huge but tv was tiny could hardly read the guide from the bed. Very limited tv channels also. Checked out and went to eat breakfast then found out we couldn’t eat in the breakfast room so didn’t get our breakfast and had to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room 318, very large room and quite. TV size ok, would have been nicer to have the TV match the room size and you get a limited amount of channels, they are HD channels. Morning breakfast was good, no complaints there. Room was clean and everything else was good. The only issue was when I checked in, the fridge didn't work very well. I contacted the front desk about it. They installed a brand new fridge the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room I had (318) was great, very large and bed was good. Gym was adequate as I used it half the time I was there. Parking wasn't a issue. Breakfast in the mornings were great, just had to take it with you to eat due to covid rules. TV channels in HD. Negative: Room fridge didn't work when I first got there, they replaced it with a new one the next day. Hot Tub was out of service for maintenance work which was disappointing. Limited TV Channel selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operates like a 5 stars hotel with everyone trying their best to ensure the guest stay is perfect.
Staff was super friendly, room was incredibly clean, shower worked excellent, beds were really comfortable.
I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fort Sask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay this past weekend. We stayed for a hockey tournament - Southfort was very accommodating, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The meal at Montana's was very great with excellent customer service as well. Thank you to everyone at Southfort for making our stay so great - see you again! :)
