★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was always clean and quiet before the pandemic. First visit back in several years and nothing has changed. Clean and quite with a good breakfast selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a 2 night stay, left our room early, returned late afternoon, and were surprised to find our room untouched by the House Keeping Service whom were 2 doors down and saw us leave? Hopefully this is not the new Holiday Inn standard?
We had dinner plans, so never took the time to complain. It was the same when we returned, my wife went downstairs to get some coffee pods and clean glasses for the morning. This was a return visit and on reward nights.... very disappointing; this has never happened at a Holiday Inn Hotel.
Clean one night...surprise the next.
We likely will go back to one of the other hotel locations we have used prior, on our next Edmonton visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can honestly say not happy with the room. Got the king suite with spa tub. Tub was not clean we had to fill it twice cause their were alot of black chucks floating in the first fill . Tub was uncomfortable and only 3 outta the jets worked the whole reason of this night away was i wanted to enjoy the jet tub on my birthday and couldnt even do that. :( . Pillows were so soft and flat even with 3 it didn't support my head and neck had a major headache when we awoke this am.
Couldn't regulate the temp in the room it was either too cold or too hot.
The only good part was Lindsay at the front desk she was so friendly and even remembered my name early thus am when she was coming into work so.no computer in front if her she said good morning eryn. I can honestly say Lindsay is the only reason for any stars. She is a jem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay! Pet friendly was essential for us as we were visiting for a specialist veterinary appointment. The staff were very kind and considerate of our dog. Special shout out to Lindsay who went above and beyond for us :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The jacuzzi suite was beautiful. But the other guests were loud, allowing their children to play in the hallways while their room door was also open and they were visiting others. This distrusted our relaxing getaway quite a bit but does not really reflect poorly on the staff as much as the guests. Quite clean and the staff were very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are updated, clean, comfortable and have great amenities. Continental breakfast and a nice hot tub. The best part - Lindsay! She was so sweet and welcoming. I was traveling alone and she even called up after sign in to make sure I was safe and liked my room. What amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stayed here for 60 days. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Sanitation and social distance measures were taken seriously. Rooms were nice and clean. I felt safe here. The internet was awesome! It was fast. I never dropped out of teams meetings or discord channels. Gaming was sufficient and I could get all my work done.
The mattress was too hard for me. But that’s a preference thing.
The tv in my room had loose hdmi connections so I would lose video feed frequently. When I could eat breakfast it was pretty good. But 3-4 days a week there was cheese omelets. Having dairy allergies I asked for plain scrambled eggs but was denied.
