A	Advance 333 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Very pleasant and welcoming. I was disappointed that only 1 bottle of water was left in the room for a 2 person reservation. Also need to improve the cleaning. The bathroom sink was dirty.
A	Abree Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to stay here all the time and this place has gone downhill so bad. I stayed here in august 2021. Was harassed and then stalked on social media by their night auditor. So that was messed up. The hotel was aware and apologized but never got any compensation for my fear and not being able to sleep that night. I stayed just last night and in the morning, in the shower (which they did not clean) someone had left their strands of hair and shaped it into the heart which made it that much more gross. When I told receptionist she apologized and then said “they must have ran out of time” WHAT???????? I’m paying 120 a night for someone to not clean a dirty hotel room? I hate making a stink about things but this was just over the top terrible.
S	Skyler Tupper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was absolutely terrible. I got told twice to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay. Jay the "manager" came into my room when I was sleeping on night shift and told me I had half a hour to leave and go find somewhere else to I stay. She then called my personal number and told me I had 15 minutes. I felt very un comfortable in my room I eventually stayed somewhere else. When I tried to resolve the issue it toke me 2 days to find the general manager. When I asked to speak to the Manager Jay asked me why I wanted to speak with him. That place and the general manager are jokers and I hope they get canned. I don't even wanna get started with how gross the free breakfast was. I have a different perspective on hotels now thanks to Jay and Jaspreet.

When we got back to hotel from our 1 day off we had no room to stay in and the lady from front desk was getting very angry towards us saying we checked out when we didn’t while I was showing her the dates our rooms were booked for. They got us a room but 2 days later called us and demanded we be out of our room in 3 days when the company we were working for had them booked for 2 months. She ultimately ruined my stay
b	brown dog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot make local phones calls. Said they had one person make some calls and did not pay for them(?). Do they not take credit card imprints? Did not fully understand. 2 room price system. One price gets you a complimentary breakfast, one does not. Room was nice, except for the grease/oil/grime on the bathroom walls. The tub drain came loose and out. The tub faucet had screws coming loose. The wallpaper on the one wall indicated there was water damage, alot of water damage. Obviously, housekeeping doesn't report or care about the rooms. A few small things, but knocked the rating down from 4 or 4.5 stars to mere 3. Sad to see management don't check their rooms.
D	Dan Timon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, significantly cheaper than the southwest one inside Edmonton same great quality. Only showers in the rooms. No yubs, hit tub was nice but only single jets available. When will hotels learn to make a real hot tub with multiple jets at each seat. Short pool,, swallow, but I didn't scrape my knuckles on the bottom swimming laps. Nice gym area, basic equipment but functional. Marriott quality sheets and mattresses, very nice.
G	Google Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and clean. The gym, pool and hot tub are new and very accommodating. Awesome free WiFi coverage and love how rooms are so quiet. The service here is great, especially the GM, who is willing to take ownership of any issues and ensure we had a pleasant stay. This hotel is definitely underrated as a Marriott member, only requires category 1 points to redeem.
