The class environment has pushed me to stretch my limits.The people are all awesome, coaches and members alike. If you want to get back into shape or push yourself to the max if you are already in shape, this is the gym for you!

In fact I find it difficult to take a day off! I love how there is always a trainer there to push you and correct techniques. I have never been able to push myself to workout hard enough on my own to get results. Also, don't be scared or intimidated to come in. They scale all the workouts to each persons abilities. Try it!

Both Dean and Angie were trainers prior to CrossFit becoming popular so they are skilled at breaking down the move and will never encourage anyone to "just pick up the bar" until Angie and Dean are comfortable and confident that the person is ready. At the CrossFit Machine Shop your only competitor is you! Yes there are always other around to help you push yourself but everyone want YOU to succeed no mater where you finish in terms of a WOD. I would highly recommend the CrossFit Machine Shop over others in the Sherwood Park and surrounding market.
