β β β β β We had to switch rooms because the fridge wasn't working, it was quick and easy to be moved, which was nice. But the room we stayed in was very humid and stale. The a/c helped a bit. It was fairly clean, great location, could easily walk to get anything you need.

β β β β β I have been a visitor to the Park Avenue Motel since 2006. My most recent stay was in August 2018, and I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised by their most recent upgrades to the rooms. This staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful.The motel is now called the " Stars Inn". It is the smaller of the two " Stars Inn" hotels. Some of the old kitchenette counters have been removed to make more space for the bedroom furniture. Good size mini fridges and microwaves. Most importantly, the beds were clean, and the washrooms , without the residual strands of hair that I tend to find in many other motels. They had a promotional offer on the rooms this time, so for the price I was ready to pay, this Motel offered me by far, the best value for money. I hope they keep up the good work and competitive pricing.

β β β β β Room smells of dust and had to evict a spider from the bathtub, floor tiles are coming up, the coffee maker needed cleaning before use and they do not have prepaid service over the phone or online. Despite any of what I stated this motel, now called Stars Inn building B, has been a wonderful place to stay, I've been a happy customer since 2016. Staff are always wonderful, rooms are secure and fragrance free for those with allergies, internet is stable and the beds are very comfortable. I will always come to this location when I need it. Be sure to bring your own shampoo
