S	Sbbapat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not too impressed by this hotel. I have definitely seen better ones in smaller places than this one. The location is good but the management should step up the cleanliness. Also the ac in my room was so noisy but functional. Some maintainence of these equipment is necessary. Overall ok but definitely scooe for improvement.
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel needs a manager who pays attention. Step into the elevator, look at the floor; hasn't seen cleaning in a long while. Room phone handle covered in dust. Garbage behind room furniture (phone by bed was broken, trying to see if it was unplugged, this is why I had to look behind the funiture and saw what I saw.... sorry...). Breakfast is a pretty sad affair which must be carried to the room (due to Covid, which is ok) but no trays are available for some reason; so be prepared to have more than 2 hands.... Since there aren't many choices of breakfast items this may not be such a big issue.... Yes, there is Covid-19, however I have stayed at other Holiday Inns (in Ontario) which had way better breakfast arrangements / choices. So, if there is a will, there is a way. I guess it's ok for the price.... Perhaps competition is no better...
B	Businessman85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a well maintained hotel and the rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had restful sleep. Breakfast had lots of choices and with COVID was handled perfectly. I didn't mind eating in my room. I will definitely stay again.
A	A306 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always liked this hotel, it is a great value. The beds and pillows are comfortable. They also supply a hot breakfast which is a good bonus, although due to covid it has gotten small and limited. No fans in the bathrooms though, so when you take a hot steamy shower, and open the bathroom door the smoke detectors go off sometimes.... And wake everyone up. Tv's are small also, but new. But I keep coming back here because it is a good clean comfy place to stay at a good price.
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very accommodating breakfast was a different variety every day and allowed to take breakfast and lunch foods with me which helped with the overall cost of the stay. The bathroom could have been much cleaner than how I found it. The towels bed and overall room were very good, However when I found the bathroom had astain on the bathroom counter a bunch of hair behind the bathroom door on the floor. It did not leave me feeling like a thorough clean between clients had occurred. I ended up using Lysol wipes to sanitize my room because I did not have the confidence to believe that had been completed before I arrived. With COVID-19 issues I should be put at ease by the Cleanliness of my room. That was not the case with my stay. Will stay elsewhere next time in Fort Saskatchewan.

I just know I’m going to have to fight to get my deposit back, because they refused to swipe my card. The incorrect partial charge was something they manually refunded but not the security deposit. Untrained staff, difficulty with English, no concept of customer service.
A	Adam Slack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While booking a room online the system asked me to sign in and then brought me back to the calendar section of the book in however I didn't notice that the system had reset the dates. This issues caused our room to be booked a month earlier than intended and once we noticed and called we were billed for one night due to the "cancellation policy". if an issue like this comes up the day after booking there should be better customer service than "we have to bill you one night" I will never recommend this location to anyone...Absolutely zero customer service.
